Privacy Policy

Hit 50 Before 30 is a public page for tracking a trip to all 50 states. It only keeps what you choose to type into it. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and nothing is ever sold or shared.
What you can send, and who sees it
Reading the page doesn't require anything from you. Information is only saved when you fill in one of the two forms on a state's page:

Please don't put anything in a comment that you wouldn't want a stranger to read, since anyone with the link can see it.
How it's used
- Comments are shown on the page so other people planning the trip can read them.
- Volunteer details are used only to get in touch with you about joining that part of the trip.
Nothing you send is used for advertising, sold, or shared with anyone else.
Where it's stored
The site runs on Vercel, and comments and volunteer sign-ups are stored in a database run by Neon. Like any web host, Vercel handles basic technical details of each visit (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the page and keep it secure. I don't use those details to identify or track you.
Cookies and tracking
Visitors don't get any cookies. The only cookie the site sets is a login cookie for the admin page, and only once the admin signs in. There's no analytics, no advertising or tracking code, and the fonts are served by the site itself rather than by a third party.
Removing what you sent
Email pritsapplications@gmail.com and tell me which state and roughly when, and I'll delete your comment or sign-up.
Children
This page isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly keep information from them. If you think a child has sent something, email me and I'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever starts keeping something new, this page will be updated first, with a new date at the top.
